Endless Abilities, Inc. provides quality Residential Services and Supports under the Community Integration and Habilitation Medicaid Waiver as well as the Family Supports Waiver in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The agency was founded in January of 2015 by Wendy Jernigan. Wendy holds a Masters Degree in Education and has worked as a Special Education Teacher for over twenty years. Endless Abilities was founded on the principles of quality and integrity, and our dedicated team works to ensure our individuals maximize their highest level of physical, emotional, social and spiritual growth.

We understand that each individual comes with their own unique set of attributes, skills and strengths, which means that we must focus our attention on each individual, instead of trying to implement a universal care model.

By focusing specifically on each person served, we are able to assist our clients with reaching their desired outcomes in a way that provides both meaning and purpose and helps the individuals to see past their disabilities and to discover their endless abilities.

OUR BELIEFS

WHO WE ARE

ENDLESS ABILITIES IS A CARF ACCREDITED AGENCY

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Achieving accreditation requires a service provider to commit to quality improvement, focus on the unique needs of each person the provider serves, and monitor the results of services that are provided. The accreditation process begins with an internal examination of its program and business practices. The provider then requests an on-site survey that is conducted by a team of expert practitioners selected by CARF. During the survey, the provider must demonstrate that it conforms to a series of rigorous and internationally recognized CARF standards. Based on the results of the survey, CARF prepares a written report of the provider’s strengths and areas for improvement. If a provider has sufficiently demonstrated its conformance to the standards, it earns CARF accreditation.
